Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to confirmed course seats, workshops, network labs, and mentoring sessions with Web Aspenfield Hashrate Academy. Website rate pages are informational; invoices are issued offline.
Eligibility for a full refund
Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published start time and we refund 100% of fees paid for that seat, excluding non-refundable third-party venue costs when a private on-site cohort was arranged at your request.
Partial refunds
Cancellations received 7–13 days before start receive a 50% refund. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the cohort or a documented medical emergency prevents attendance — in those cases we offer a full refund or a free transfer to a later date.
Non-refundable items
Consumed catering on multi-day courses, custom-printed name badges already produced, and specially ordered loaner parts purchased for a private cohort after your written approval are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may transfer a seat to another published date once without fee if you notify us at least 7 days ahead and space exists. Later transfers are treated under the partial-refund schedule unless you send a substitute attendee.
Deposits & no-shows
Deposits secure scarce lab seats and are applied to the final invoice. Failure to attend without notice forfeits the deposit and remaining prepaid fees for that seat.
Work already started
If a mentoring half-day has begun, fees for that session are earned. Multi-day courses that you leave voluntarily after day one are not refunded for unused hours.
Purchased materials
Personal tools you buy from third parties for class are outside our refund scope. Shared lab worksheets remain ours; you keep your handwritten notes.
Refund process & timing
Email info@webaspenfield.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds return via the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank timelines may add several days.
Exceptions
If we must cancel for instructor illness or lab hazards, you choose a full refund or priority placement on the next equivalent course.
